TV screen coating scratches in Saidul Ajaib
Scratches on the outer surface differ from faults in the image-generating panel.
What you can check first
Inspect the screen gently in reflected light without rubbing or applying household polish.
What a repair assessment involves
Coating damage may not be separately repairable; confirm available options before attempting cosmetic treatment.
Separate the picture from the source
A useful comparison is whether the television’s own menu has the same defect as the programme. Describe whether the symptom stays in one position, changes with brightness, or appears only on an external device. These observations guide diagnosis but do not establish which part has failed.
